Terms of sale (public offer)

1. Definitions

• Seller — B8 Capital LLC (Shine Systems Georgia), details at the bottom of the page.

• Buyer — an individual or company that places an order on the site, by phone or via a messenger.

• Products — car care chemicals, equipment and accessories shown in the site catalogue.

• Order — the Buyer's request to buy selected Products, with quantities and delivery contacts.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order by phone or messenger: checks availability and states the total amount and delivery time.

2.2. If a product is not available in the requested quantity, the Seller will offer a replacement, a partial delivery or cancellation. The Order is not changed without the Buyer's consent.

2.3. The Seller may refuse an Order if the contact details do not allow it to reach the Buyer.

3. Product information

3.1. Descriptions, photos and specifications on the site are for reference. Packaging colour and design may differ from the photos, as the manufacturer updates labels from time to time.

3.2. Directions for use, precautions and shelf life are stated on the label. The Buyer must use the Product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Prices

4.1. Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL).

4.2. The price is fixed when the Order is confirmed and does not change afterwards.

4.3. Partners (car washes, detailing studios, shops) have individual prices shown in the partner account. Wholesale supplies may be governed by a separate contract.

5. Payment

5.1. There is no online payment on the site. Payment is made on receipt (cash or bank transfer) or by invoice for companies.

5.2. The payment method is agreed when the Order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

6.1. Products are delivered across Georgia by Yandex Go or Bolt courier or by another agreed method.

6.2. Delivery is paid by the Buyer at the courier service rate. Delivery is free for orders from 300 GEL.

6.3. The delivery time is stated by the manager when the Order is confirmed.

6.4. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer when the Products are handed over.

6.5. On receipt, check that the packaging is intact and the Products match the Order. Report any damage to the courier and the Seller immediately.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1. Returns and exchanges follow the Returns & exchanges policy published on the site (shinesystems.ge/return-policy) and the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.

7.2. Unused Products in intact factory packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective Products — under the defects section of the Returns policy.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller is not liable for harm caused by using a Product contrary to the instructions, mixing it with other products or storing it improperly.

8.2. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disasters, acts of authorities, courier service failures, etc.) for its duration.

8.3. The Seller's liability under an Order is limited to the value of the Products in that Order, unless the law provides otherwise.

9. Personal data

The Buyer's data is processed under the Privacy policy (shinesystems.ge/privacy-policy) — only to fulfil the Order and keep records.

10. Disputes

10.1. The contract is governed by the law of Georgia.

10.2. Send claims by phone/WhatsApp +995 511 299 911. We will reply within 10 working days.

10.3. If a dispute cannot be settled by negotiation, it is heard by a court of Georgia with jurisdiction under the law. This does not limit consumer rights provided by law.

11. Changes to the terms

The Seller may change these terms. A new version applies from its publication on the site and does not affect Orders confirmed before that.
