1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive

• When you place an order: name, phone, email (optional), delivery address, comment and order contents.

• When you send a partnership request: name, phone, company name.

• In the partner account: your company's order history and prices.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request time — in server logs, to protect the site from attacks.

We do not ask for or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or card payment data: there is no online payment on the site.

3. Why we use the data

• To accept, confirm and deliver your order, contact you about it, and handle returns or exchanges — needed to perform the contract.

• To reply to your request and prepare a business offer.

• To keep accounting and tax records — required by law.

• To protect the site from fraud and spam — our legitimate interest.

We do not send marketing messages. If we ever start, it will only be with your separate consent.

4. Who the data is shared with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access is given only to services that help us fulfil your order:

• MoySklad — the accounting system where orders and customer records are stored. Its servers are located outside Georgia;

• Telegram — notifications about new orders and requests to our staff;

• Yandex Go and Bolt courier services — the name, phone and address needed for delivery;

• the hosting provider whose server runs the site.

Data is transferred outside Georgia only to the extent needed to fulfil the order. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep the data

• Order data — for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting law.

• Requests that did not lead to cooperation — no longer than 3 years after the last contact.

• Server logs — no longer than 90 days.

After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers.

• Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us until you place an order.

• The "partner" cookie is set only if you open a personal partner account link — to show your company's prices. It lasts up to 1 year.

If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;

• correct inaccurate data;

• ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing when there is no longer a basis for it;

• withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Data security

The site works only over a secure HTTPS connection. Only staff who need it for their work have access to orders. Prices and order totals are calculated on the server, and form data is validated before it is saved.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add new services. The current version is always published on this page, with the date shown above.
