Ozone generator, 10 g/h
The OZON-10000 ozone generator is designed to produce a highly concentrated ozone-air flow, generating ozone from the oxygen in atmospheric air. Its distinctive features are high output – 10 grams of ozone per hour – and a well-thought-out design with two ozone-generating plates. The high output significantly cuts interior treatment time (from 15 minutes), lowering its cost. Two plates greatly improve reliability: even if one burns out, the second keeps generating ozone so you can keep serving customers as usual.
Another advantage of the OZON-10000 is the low cost of consumables and its simple design. The unit has a mechanical timer to control operating time.
The Shine Systems OZON-10000 has been tested for compliance with GOST R 51706-2001.
How to use
The OZON-10000 ozone generator can be used effectively for: • air deodorization; • air detoxification; • biological cleaning or sanitation of interiors; • mercury decontamination of rooms; • changing the ion-ozone balance of indoor air; • extending the shelf life of vegetables and fruit; • treating greenhouse soil infected with late blight; • processing and storing poultry products to improve their keeping quality and nutritional value; • egg incubation; • treating and storing animal feed; • disinfecting grain seeds, etc. The OZON-10000 is designed for use in enclosed, heated, ventilated spaces under the following conditions: • air temperature from +5 °C to +35 °C; • relative humidity from 45 to 80% at 25 °C; • atmospheric pressure from 86 to 106 kPa (645 to 795 mmHg); • non-explosive environment free of aggressive gases, vapors and dust, including conductive dust.
